At this time, all purchases are final. We are unable to offer refunds; however, we care about our customer’s satisfaction and will be happy to exchange your item if requested within 30 days of receipt of original order. We stand behind our exchange policy outlined above but due to limited quantity, replacement may take 6-8 weeks if item is out of stock. You may also submit your Tucker Cover for consideration for minor repairs for up to 1 year from purchase. Repairs will be done if item is determined to be damaged from normal wear and tear. Buyer is responsible for all postage and shipping costs during the exchange process or repair process.
